1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a small amount of cleanser to your hands.
3. Gently massage onto your face in circular motions for 30–60 seconds.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
5. Pat your face dry with a clean towel.
6. Follow with your favourite Avenora serum and moisturiser.
**Frequency:** Use morning and evening.
**Caution:** Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Apply sunscreen during the day.
